Questions merchants actually ask
How are you different from an agency?
An agency bills a retainer up front and scopes the work later. Here the work is the product: a fixed price, a fixed deadline, and no money moves until you have accepted what was delivered.
What is a card hold, and why is it not a payment?
A hold is an authorisation. Your bank reserves the amount so we know the order is funded, but nothing leaves your account. If you reject the work the hold is released in full and you are charged nothing.
When exactly am I charged?
The moment you press Accept — never before. If you go quiet for five working days after delivery the order auto-accepts, so work cannot sit unpaid forever.
What if the result is not good enough?
Ask for a rework at no cost, or reject the order outright with a reason. Rejections are reviewed by a human, and the hold comes off your card either way.
Is the advertising budget included?
No. Catalogue prices pay for the work itself. Media spend stays in your own advertising accounts, under your control.
Do you need access to my advertising accounts?
Only read access to statistics, and only for services that require it. Tokens are encrypted, never shown in the browser, and you can revoke a connection in one click.
Can I pay on invoice instead?
Yes, once your shop reaches the verified tier. You then get payment terms of up to 30 days with no card hold at all.
How do I get accounting documents?
A receipt and statement are generated the moment a charge settles, and both stay downloadable from the order in your cabinet.
